Gatsby-themed gala to be Scottsdale soiree of the season

A spectacular night of jazzy reveling and 1920s elegance will indulge the Valley’s desire to experience one of the most enticing eras of the century!

The Gatsby Under the Stars Gala will kick off the 2nd annual Grand Prix of Scottsdale Gatsby Weekend on Friday, Nov. 4, at 7 p.m at the Soleri Bridge along the Scottsdale Waterfront. Attendees are encouraged to wear 1920s attire, black-tie optional dress for the glamorous Gatsby event.

Entry includes live entertainment, five complimentary cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres throughout the night and a $200 gaming voucher.

Guests are invited to test their luck at the Blackjack, Craps and Roulette gaming tables. Additional $500 vouchers can be purchased for $20 each. A variety of restaurants including Marcellino Ristorante, Tarbell’s, The Casablanca Lounge and BLK Live will provide complimentary small-bites to delight your taste buds. Be sure to save room for dessert! Local favorites Nothing Bundt Cakes and Vanilla Swirl will have your sweet tooth covered.

The band Big Lucky will perform era-themed music while the Charleston, Black Bottom and Shimmy take over the dance floor and onlookers sip classic cocktails straight out of the Roaring 20s. A cigar lounge sponsored by the Scottsdale Cigar Club will also be available for guests to kick back and enjoy the atmosphere.

Gatsby Under the Stars attendees must be age 21 or older and provide valid photo ID for entry. Tickets start at $100 and a portion is eligible for the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit!
