Educare is part of a national network of early childhood centers that provide low-income children, ages birth to five, with comprehensive, high-quality education, family support and health care to set them on a path for success in school and in life. Educare also serves as a platform for broader change, inspiring higher quality programs, more effective public policies, and a smarter approach to the first five years. The Arizona center is just one of 13 Educare centers throughout the country.
Educare Arizona is supported by a partnership of stakeholders and visionary leaders collaborating to ensure healthy development for all of Arizona’s children. As the programmatic partner, Southwest provides high-quality early education for 190 children each year.
Additional Educare Arizona partners include: the Whiteman Foundation, Ibis Foundation, Steve Nash Foundation, Buffett Early Childhood Fund, the Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust, Balsz School District, Scottsdale Healthcare and Arizona State University. These core partners collaborate with a wide array of community partners to ensure that Educare Arizona is truly a comprehensive center of excellence.
